Information we process · 처리하는 정보

We process your name, email address, authentication provider identifier, workspace content, uploaded files, board invitation email addresses, service activity, device session information, and security logs. Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes. Google sign-in uses only the openid, email, and profile scopes.

Purpose · 이용 목적

We use this information to provide and secure MoaKan, synchronize boards and cards, send account and collaboration invitation emails, prevent abuse, support users, and improve service reliability. We do not sell personal information.

Storage and retention · 보관 및 파기

Account and workspace data is retained while your account is active. Pending board invitations become unusable after seven days and are removed when accepted, declined, or revoked. Expired verification, recovery, and session tokens are removed on expiry or revocation. Operational logs are retained only as needed for security and reliability. You may request account deletion at any time.

Service providers · 처리 위탁

We may use infrastructure, email delivery, Google authentication, Discord operational notifications, and app distribution providers. New-signup Discord alerts contain only a masked email address, display name, and sign-in provider.

Your choices · 이용자 권리

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your information and can disconnect Google access from your Google Account. Contact support@moakan.com.

Security · 안전성 확보

We use TLS, hashed credentials and tokens, access controls, rate limits, private database networking, and periodic security reviews. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
