Service

MoaKan provides project boards, cards, collaboration, file storage, and optional AI integrations. Features may change as the service develops.

Your account

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and activity under your account. Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, infringing, or security-disruptive activity.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant MoaKan only the limited permission needed to host, process, back up, and display it to provide the service. You must have the rights necessary to upload and share that content.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. We work to protect availability and data but recommend maintaining independent backups of important information. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the service and request deletion. We may restrict accounts that violate these terms or create security or legal risk, with notice when reasonably possible.
